Moose Crossing is located in beautiful western North Carolina. We are 1/2 mile to the Blue Ridge Parkway and just 5 minutes to downtown Waynseville.
from the east:
take exit 27 off I-40,(hyw, 74 and 19)
go west through Waynesville, past exit 102 for hwy 276, past exit 100, the Hazelwood exit, past exit 98, the west Waynesville exit and continue for 3 miles. turn left on Old Balsam Road. We are about 1/4 mile on the right. Look for our pond with gazebo and Victorian lights.
from the west:
take hwy 441 to hwy 23/ 74 east. you will pass under the Blue Ridge Parkway and continue for about 1/2 mile to Old Balsam Road. turn right on Old Balsam road. we are on the right about 1/4 mile.SEE YOU SOON!!!

Reservations are confirmed with payment of 1/2 total rent.
Deposits are refundable, minus a processing fee of $75/week or portion there of if canceled 30 days or more in advance of your arrival date.
There are no refunds on cancellations made less than 30 days in advance.
Reservations are for the agreed upon number of guests.
As far as cleaning, we do not charge a cleaning fee. We do ask that you treat the cabin as if it is your own and not leave me with your dirty dishes. Bag all trash and strip the bed.
Mostly we just ask that you have fun in the mountains and enjoy your stay at Moose Crossing. We will help you do that in any way we can.
